Welcome to Cloud Photos Plugin ("the Plugin"), an Adobe InDesign and Photoshop plugin developed by Cloud Photos ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Plugin and any related services provided. By installing, accessing, or using the Plugin, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Plugin.

2. Google Drive Integration

The Plugin allows users to connect their Google Drive accounts and drag and drop images directly from Google Drive into Adobe InDesign and Photoshop. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for your Google Drive account and its security settings.
  • The Plugin accesses Google Drive via Google API services and adheres to Google's API terms and policies.
  • We do not store or have access to your Google Drive content beyond what is necessary for the Plugin's functionality.

  • Reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the Plugin without our written permission.
